Out of the three films set for release this week serving ‘Koffi Shop’ to Kannada audience is doubtful. The other two films hitting the silver screens are ‘Double Decker’ of Jaggesh and ‘Murali Meets Meera’ of Prajwal Devaraj.

‘Double Decker’ is also partly home banner film of Jaggesh. His wife Smt Parimala Jaggesh is one of the three producers. R Srinivasan and Farzan Khan are the other producers. This comedy film of Jaggesh with two screen wives – Siya Gautham and Shradda Arya is coined in the title as ‘Double Decker’. Comedy the main stay of Jaggesh is sure to win for this minimum guarantee hero of Kannada cinema.

Vasu alias Victory Vasu has directed this film in PKH Doss cinematography. Purandar Jaipal has scored the music for the film. Avinash, Junith Gowda, Chidanand, Shobaraj, Satyabhama, Tennis Krishna and others are in the cast.

‘Murali Meets Meera’ aimed at the youths is a tricky narration from director Mahesh Rao who earlier directed ‘Dheemaku’. This Saraswathi Entertainer film is produced by Yogish Hunsur. Prajwal Devaraj, Reema Vora and Harshika Poonachcha are in lead roles with supporting artists Sadhu Kokila, Sharan, PN Sathya, Girish and others.

Jai Anand is the cameraman and Abhiman Roy has done the music for this film. Mahesh Rao besides being a director has written the story and screenplay for this film.
