He has named it as ‘Gowdara Mane’ that has four different looks from four directions. The city look, village, Malnad atmosphere and Jamindaar house face lift is given to all four direction frontals says RS Gowda.

The profit of ‘Thavarige Baa Thangi’ film is invested on this land and I have been investing on getting a good shooting spot for Kannada films and television industry says RS Gowda. RS Gowda is constructing a few floors at this place that gives a still better opportunity for shooting.

The idea of constructing a house on his land developed in the mind of RS Gowda when he was shooting for ‘Thavarige Baa Thangi’ remake film in Telugu ‘Puttintiki Raa Chelli’ in Andhra Pradesh.
