Film makers off late keeping the title from the name of places! A few days ago ‘Cotton Pete’ the busiest area in Bengalugu was selected as title by director N Om Prakash Rao. Earlier there were films like Majestic, Srirampura, Chamrajpet, Kalasipalya, Hubbali etc.

Now one of the producers of ‘Majestic’ Kannada film that gave a big break to challenging star Darshan – Ba Ma Harish new production is titled as ‘Magadi’. Magadi is an important taluk on the outskirts of Bangalore is the home town of founder of Bengalugu Kempe Gowda.

‘Magadi’ stars Shishya fame Deepak. Ba Ma Harish is close relative to Deepak who has half a dozen films ready for release. Suresh Goswami has penned the story and screenplay. The film is based on the real life incidents and it will be natural takings says Ba Ma Harish. Preparations are on for launch of the film in April this year.
