Three Kannada film releases on 31st December the last day of the year takes the number of releases in 2010 to 137. Out of the three, Komalkumar Vaarevah is a highly expected film, Modhala Sala is from new director Purushottam and Telugu speaking Mallepalle Mohan is making debut from Vismaya Pranaya.
JJ productions Vaarevaah, a film by Vijayalakshmi Singh, produced by Jai Jagdish with Komalkumar also stars Galipata Bhavana Rao. Komalkumar in the midst of women try tickling the funny bones on Friday. Ajay Vincent is the cameraman and Avinash and Vishwajith are the music directors.
Actress turned producer and director Smt Vijayalakshmi Singh after E Bandhana directed Male Barali Manjoo Irali and this is her third film.
Modhala Sala by director Purushottam with two good looking faces Yash and Mallu girl Bhama is a pure love story with responsible approach. Rangayana Raghu, Thara, Avinash are also in the cast. V Harikrishna has scored the music and HC Venu expert behind the camera is the cameraman of this film. Mallikarjun and Yogish Narayan the youngsters have made this film in the banner of Karnataka Talkies.
Vismaya Pranaya by producer G Ravi and actress Mayuri is a revenge saga. The younger sister marries and after that the elder picks up interest of marriage. So far hating the men the elder takes liking and she is on a rampage. Mohan Mallapalli has directed this film.
Mathew Rajan is the cameraman. Maruthi Mirajkar has scored music for two songs. Hema Chaudhary, Satyajith are also in the cast.
