A friend in need is a friend indeed was remembered when close pals challenging star Darshan and actor Saurav expressed their past at the audio release of Saurav’s ‘Nee Bandhu Nintaga’ at Renukamba Auditorium on Monday morning.

Darshan in beginning days got the first branded belt from Saurav and when he was not cast for Kannada film ‘Bhoo Thaayi Makkalu’. “It was Saurav who demanded my presence. Again when I was not paid remuneration it is Saurav who gave Rs.10000 from his remuneration”, Darshan the pride of box office today remembered the incidents patting his friend.

Saurav on the other hand recalled it is only because of Darshan he is in Kannada industry today. The 11 films actor Saurav a few years decided to leave this cinema industry and take up some other job it was Darshan who asked him to wait in his house and handed over Rs.6 lakhs of rupees. “That gratitude from Darshan made me to sail for sometime in life”, expressed Saurav wiping his tears.
