The pride of Kannada cinema, the sitting MLC and vice chairman of KSRTC, Jaggesh finds the routine political work hectic and he wants to be more in films. “The film acting has scope for variety of experiments and in politics we have to work for the set guidelines. That does not mean I am not going to be in politics but films quite often gives some relief”, he says.

‘Lift Kodla’ ready to hit the screens Jaggesh is leaving to United States of America with his sibling Komal Kumar. He is leaving on 15th of this month to US.

Meanwhile Jaggesh has approved a subject on childless woman with touching points to the society like ‘Lift Kodla’. Jaggesh has almost approved another subject for a newcomer who gave audio visual presentation before narrating the script to Jaggesh but he is not accepting it for the climax part.

Jaggesh’s ire was also on the newcomers. “They are not mixing well and coming out with novel thoughts to take the Kannada cinema industry to greater heights”, he pointed.
