The estranged husband of actress Shruthi the stalwart director of Kannada cinema, S Mahender has taken up his 31st film the 6th one for producer Sandesh Nagaraj the sitting MLC and hotelier in Mysore. It is titled as ‘Veera Bahu’ a social film starring action hero Vijay and sizzling beauty Ragini with Rangayana Raghu playing a meaty role of a village politician.

The film is going on the floor on 15th of next month in a grand scale in Mysore. ‘Veera Bahu’ is about the protagonist who comes to graveyard after seeing all facets of social life. This is not having any issues from the life sketch of S Mahender. The film has also no relevance to the character in ‘Satya Harischandra’ disclosed Mahender.

The shooting will be held in parts of Mysore including Chamarajanagara, Kollegal and other surroundings inside Karnataka. Rangayana Raghu plays the village politician in the film. It is ‘Megha Banthu Megha’ Rangayana Raghu made his debut in cinema and that was directed by S Mahender. V Harikrishna scores the music.

”Why are you keeping mum from the day actress wife Shruthi applied for divorce? I am a responsible person and discussing on this topic is of no use. The patch up is also not possible”, disclosed Mahender firmly.
