The talented off beat films director K.Shivaradruaiah has completed his fourth film 'Megavarshini' in less than 40 days shooting in rich locales like Karkala, Malaya Marutha, Chickmagalur, Bababudangiri, Bangalore and other locations. This film is based on well known novelist Saisuthe's novel of the same name.
The responsibility of children to parents and vice versa is the concept of this film disclosed K.Shivarudraiah who has given well thought films like Chaitrada Chiguru, Amaasa and Dhaatu in the past. In a place like Malaya Marutha with the help of art director Dinesh Mangalore he has spruced up the whole hill resort to shoot for eight days. Frightened to work with veteran artist like Ananthnag and thought he would take two days to complete a few shots Shivarudraiah was surprised when the shooting of that portion was completed within 2 pm starting from 8 am. The cooperation of versatile actor Ananthnag is good Shivarudraiah thanks his fortunes.
Arya a student of Abhinaya Tharanga School of acting is making debut in this film. He thanks the whole team for giving good cooperation to the youngster like him. He is playing the lead with actress Archana of 'Aa Dinagalu' fame in Kannada. Working from assistant director in his career the top art director Dinesh Mangalore is also an actor today. Lakshmipathi Kolar is the dialogues for this film.
Producer Doreswamy Gowda a lawyer by profession has ventured to this project after knowing the capabilities of director K.Shivarudraiah in 'Dhaatu' Kannada film.
