The come back film of yesteryears heartthrob actress Leelavathi son Vinodraj's 'Kannadadha Kandha' CD and cassette were released by baby Hiranmayi and veteran journalist P.G.Srinivasamurthy respectively on Wednesday afternoon at Rejoyz Digital auditorium in Malleswaram, Bangalore.
Gurunath a famous music conductor is scoring the music for his first Kannada film. When I was nine years old actress Leelavathi game me the chance to play child actor in 'Gammathu Goodacharulu' now the senior actress has given me a chance to score music at my 40 th year for her Kannada venture 'Kannadadha Kandha' said Gurunath in his address. All live instruments have been used and 85 musicians worked for this film. Actor Vinodraj is also a good singer. Two of the songs in the album are sung by him informed Gurunath.
Actress Leelavathi who has acted in 550 films so far has written the script and also produced the film. She has also launched the Leela Audio from this film. She urged for Kannadigas to watch the film 'Kannadadha Kandha' and bless her son Vinodraj who is back in action after six years.
Veteran journalist P.G.Srinivasamurthy who knows Leelavathi and family when he was in Madras said Vinodraj deserves all support for his film career and he is the real 'Kannadadha Kandha'.
Lyricist Goturi and C.V.Shanker also spoke on this occasion. The best part of the audio release function was anchoring by veteran theatre artist and senior journalist A.S.Murthy.
