The maiden directorial venture of journalist Nandakumar 'Good Luck' is actually waiting for good luck. It is in the making since two years and from past six months it is struggling to come out. Now finally the director Nandakumar with the help of producer K.Manju and N.Kumar (both bailed out the financial constraints of the film) is seeing the light of his film. The film is slated for release on 12th May all over Karnataka.

Last Sunday five songs of the film were screened for the media persons at R K Preview theatre in Gandhinagar. Anirudh, Naveen Krishna, Radhika and Damini play the lead roles in this film.

Later speaking to media persons the producer duo Srinivasa Shetty and Srinivas Reddy lost their cool and spoke very casually about the film. The careless reply of budget of the film as Rs.5 crores (it is actually Rs.50 lakhs) and we are fed up talking about the film 'Good Luck' irritated the media.

My luck has changed after I accepted 'Good Luck' film informed Anirudh (son in law of Dr.Vishnuvardhana). He is ready to accept the result given by the audience. He has completed 'Door' Hindi film of Nagesh Kukkannoor recently.

Naveen Krishna son of veteran actor Srinivasamurthy hopes the audience would like 'Good Luck' made with lot of care by director Nandakumar. He is now waiting for results and further offers from it in Kannada films. Currently he is acting in two mega television serials 'Maneyondhu Mooru Bagilu' and 'Preethi Illadha Mele'. For one of the Tamil assignments Naveen went to Chennai and returned back with bad luck. That is because the producer of that Tamil film demanded a few lakhs from him to launch him in Tamil.
