The raging controversy between director of 'Ganda Hendathi' Ravi Srivatsa and cameraman of that film H.C.Venu (husband of actress Thara) has been settled at the office of Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce. Director Srivatsa said it is impossible to work with Venu after he had finished 60 percent of shooting for the film. Cameraman Venu asked for the settlement of his accounts. The balance of payment was paid to Venu by producer of the film Shailendra Babu. That has not solved the controversy.

Now the issue that has cropped up is why the name of cameraman Venu is missing in the advertisements of 'Ganda Hendathi' released in the newspapers. For that producer Shailendra Babu has said he is not forgetting to add Venu's name in the title card when the film is released.

Director Srivatsa has now brought in cameraman Mathew in place of H.C.Venu for the remaining portion of shooting of 'Ganda Hendathi'.
