The remake of of Telugu hit film 'Aa Nalagaru' in Kannada 'Sirivantha' starring Dr.Vishnuvardhana and Shruthi went on the floors at Varaprada Venkataramanaswamy temple in JP Nagar on last Thursday at early morning 5.30 am. This is the 28th venture of producer Rockline Venkatesh. S.Narayan who directed Vishnuvardhana in Veerappanayaka, Suryavamsha, Jamindaaru, Simhadriya Simha and Varsha is directing this film.

For the maiden shot on Dr.Vishnu and Shruthi Abhimani publications proprietor T.Venkatesh sounded the clap board while Prasanna and Pramod theatres proprietor Anand switched on the camera.

Director Narayan has written the songs. S.A.Rajkumar scores the music.

Vishnu and Shruthi are teaming up again after Veerappanayaka and Mojugara Sogasugara. Sindhu Menon, Padmini Prakash, Mukyamantri Chandru, Doddanna, Ramesh Bhat are also in the cast. The song recording began from 16th of this month while the actual shooting starts after Dr.Vishnu completes his assignment in 'Ekadanta'.
