It is second consecutive time that the title of Sharan starring film title is changed in the last minute. It was Jayalalitha` changed to Jai Lalitha` and now Adyaksha` of Sharan in lead role, a remake of Tamil film is changed to Sharan Adyaksha`. That is because of a complaint lodged by one of the producers Mukthar who has the title Adyaksharu` registered long ago.

The film Sharan Adyakshya` set for release on Independence Day is also facing charges for alleged disrespect to Lord Krishna. It is not so and censor has cleared it says producer Gangadhar. It is just a get up of Lord Krishna to Sharan and nothing derogatory. The protesting Hindu organizations have been clearly mentioned on this aspect and there will be no hassle for Sharan Adyaksha` release observe producer Gangadhar.

A remake of Tamil film Varathapada Valibar Sangham` (2013 romantic comedy directed by Ponram with Sivakarthikeyan, Sathyaraj and Sri Divya)

Kannada version stars Sharan and Chikkanna in prominent roles in the direction of Nandakishore who directed Victory` with Sharan. It has music from Arjun Janya, camera by Sudhakar and dialogue from Prashanth.

Heba, Asmitha Sood (she was heroine in Victory) Ravishanker, Chikkanna and others are in the cast. KM Prakash is editor, Harsha and Murali are choreographers, Ravi Verms is stunt director, Mohan B Kere is art director of the film.
