It was a musical evening with music directors, singers and well wishers for Melody` Kannada film audio release event at Jnanajyothi Auditorium in Bangalore.

Except Hamsalekha almost all music directors of Kannada cinema were present. That is also because of the affection they have with music director LN Shastry. V Manohar, Dr Nagendra Prasad, Dharma Vish, V Harikrishna, Anoop Seelin, Arjun Janya, Gurukiran on one stage with singers Rajesh Krishna, Chetan Gandharva Suma Shastry, Hemanth, Anuradha Bhat, Sunitha, Shamitha Manlad was memorable point of time.

Dr Shivarajakumar, KSL Swamee and Kashinath jointly released the audio CD of Melody` and before that director Nanjunda Krishna, producers Krishnamurthy made arrangements for the trailer and songs bit screening. Top playback singer Rajesh Krishna plays lead with Karthika Menon while Chetan Gandharva another budding singer has counterpart Akshata Marla in Melody` that is at the final print stage.

I cannot forget LN Shastry for his two songs in my career – Kolumande Jangamadeva, Laali Suvvalaali…of Jodi Hakki. My heart is always with love to all said Shivanna. Veteran of over five decades stint in Kannada cinema, director and actor KS Swamee observation highlighted that LN Shastry music director of Melody` is really unsung hero. The incident that KSL Swamee narrated during the making of Ganayogi Panchakshara Gavai` that gave national award for singing to Dr SPB for Kannada film. That was because of the wonderful rendition in track by LN Shastry pointed Swamee.
