On Thursday it was jubilant mood for the fans of Dr Ambarish and well wishers for the 62nd birthday of rebel star, actor of over 200 films and Karnataka Housing Minister. The house of Dr Ambarish was decked with flowers from outside and cheering up fans brought hundreds of variety of cakes for Dr Ambarish to cut.

A small idol of Dr Ambarish in village attire was unveiled on this occasion. Dr Ambarish cut cake with his wife Smt Sumalatha and son Abhisekh Gowda. This year birthday for me is very special. I got a rebirth from recent ill health. I was given life by my wife Sumalatha who took the right decision of shifting me to Singapore for further treatment when I was in Dr Vikram Hospital in Bangalore. Taking the sweet from his wife and getting wishes from Home Minister KJ George, Karnataka Housing Minister Dr Ambarish got greetings from V Ravichandran, Sudeep, Darshan, Yash and others.

Dr Ambarish said his plan for cinema workers houses is in full swing, others in the cinema industry could also make use of it he stated. Meanwhile the target of his housing ministry is also progressive for the people of the country.
