The much expected remake in the combination of stalwart director P Vasu and stalwart technician and actor V Ravichandran in Kannada is titled as ‘Drishya’. It was ‘Drishyam’ in Malayalam starring Mohan Lal and Meena.

For V Ravichandran the combination is Mallu heroine Navya Nayar. Apparently the film at the final stages of the first copy is also combination of V Ravichandran, Shivaju Prabhu and P Vasu. All three are connected to yesteryears famous film ‘Chinna Thambi’. P Vasu and Shivaji Prabhu film ‘Chinna Thambi’ was made in Kannada as ‘Raamachari’ a blockbuster in the career of V Ravichandran and Malashri with Hamsalekha music.

‘Drishyam’ with a caption ‘Noduvudella…Nijavalla is produced by E4 Entertainment, maestro Ilayaraja has done the music, Madhu Nilakantan is cameraman, CV Sarathi is executive producer, Suresh Urs has edited the film, Jeethu Joseph is story writer of original film, MS Ramesh has penned dialogues.
