Malayalam film ‘My Boss’ is remake in Kannada as ‘Software Ganda’. Jaggesh plays title role while Nikita Tukral plays female lead of ‘Boss’ in the software unit. The film went on the floor in the presence of Puneeth Rajakumar and former minister R Ashok.

The trio producers Venkatesh, Ramappa and Sampath Kumar have erected separate set at a cost of a few lakhs for major portion of shooting. The software office portions are shot in this film by director Venkatesh.

The software angle and their main and side track are focused in this film. We do not intend to give any message says Jaggesh looking fit as a software guy. There is no message in the film and it is just fun filled cinema.

Co producer and director Venkatesh has kept his name as ‘V3’ that means V stands for his name, mother Vijayalakshmi and father Vasaudev. He is shooting in Bangalore, Mangalore and Thirthahalli, He has worked with Somasehkar, V Ramamurthy, Mudduraj and others in the past in the capacity of associate director. Hrudaya Shiva has penned three songs for this film.

Stage artist of over 3 decades experience Naveen D Padil a fan of Jaggesh is very happy to be a part of this film. Veera Samarth is scoring music for this film, Nagesh Acharya is handing the digital camera.

Ramappa producer of Sanchari a musical film is one of the three producers. Sampath Kumar producer of Govinda Gopala is joint producer of this film.
