Dr Raj Films at 6th Biffes

The 6th Bengaluru International Film Festival will be screening the icon of Kannada cinema Dadasaheb Phalke award winner Dr Rajakumar films such as ‘Bhakta Kanakadasa, Kasthuri Nivasa, Babruvahana, Shanker Guru and Bhagyada Lakshmi Baramma in a separate section while the list of Kannada film also includes Bharat Stores, Edegarike, Gorukana, Jatta, Konchavaram, Kranti Veera Sangolli Rayanna, Lucia, Musifa, Tallana and Vasundhara.

In a joint address on the developments so far related to 6th BIFFE declared open on 26th of December 2013 by Karnataka Chief Minister S Siddaramaiah, Dr Kamal Haasan and Dr Ambarish – Director of information department NR Vishukumar, Artistic director Narahari Rao, KFCC President HD Gangaraj explained the progress. Actress Bhavana will be in charge of publicity of the festival this year.

The inaugural day 26th of December is declared holiday by KFCC for film activities in Karnataka. 52 countries 160 films in seven screens FUN cinema, Sigma Mall, Cunningham Road – 3 screens, Lido Inox, Halasur – 2 screens, Sulochana Information department, Infantry Road 1 screen, Priyadarshini, Badami House 1 screen are available for the public and delegates.
