The debut direction of noted dialogue writer Malavalli Saikrishna that was titled as ‘Umesh Reddy’ – a film on psychopath killer has been changed to ‘Khatarnak’. This is in the wake of ‘Umesh’ Kannada cinema facing strictures in the court for the title.

Knowing well that the film would get in to trouble with ‘Umesh Reddy’ title (this film makers have kept the name as it is while recently released film with the same subject had a cross mark on ‘Reddy’ – court has asked for removal of it) producer Aditya Ramesh has removed the title and made it ‘Khatarnak’.

The film is ready with first print says Malavalli Saikrishna who has penned the story, screenplay, dialogues and directed the film. Sadhu Kokila has scored music, MR Seenu is cameraman and Johny Harsha is editor of the film.

The role of real life culprit serving prison Umesh Reddy is played by talented actor Ravi Kaale. Roopini, Ravi Verma, Sharat Lohitashva, Sadhu Kokila, Bullet Prakash, Shoba Raghavendra and others are in the cast. Jayanna Combines is releasing this film all over Karnataka.
