Starting with 'Rowdy Rathore' in June and ending with 'Dabangg 2' in Christmas, Sonakshi sinha has as many as five films lined up this year. No other actor, whether male or female, has so many releases in 2012 which means all eyes are pretty much on Sonakshi for next few months to come.

"In fact her closest contemporaries like Anushka Sharma, Deepika Padukone and Kangana have already gone slow after seeing a spate of releases in quick succession till last year. Guess the fate of these five films (also including 'Joker', 'Son of Sardar' and 'Lootera') will have a lot of bearing on how Sonakshi's career will shape from here," says a trade insider.

Compared to the times she is going through, her debut vehicle 'Dabangg' seems like a cakewalk for her where she had Salman Khan leading from the front with no burden of expectations.

"However things are going to be different for Sonakshi this year as her performances would be looked at through a magnifying glass," a prominent filmmaker comments.

Guess the young woman can well be expected to be more anxious than ever.
