The well established multi talented Komalkumar riding the success horse after 'Mr Garagasa' a quickie by director Dinesh Baboo is now on a new assignment to produce and judge 'Comedy Kiladigalu' for Zee Kannada.

'Comedy Kiladigalu' in the leadership of Komalkumar assures high standard of comedy and the effort is to give comedy for every shot of the twice in a week one hour program.

Komalkumar with three films on hand – Karodpathi, Radhikan Ganda and Govindayanamaha – has taken 10 days time from big screen to small screen to judge and supervise the production on an invitation from fiction head Chitrashri of Zee Kannada TV.

'Comedy Kiladigalu' reality show with Komalkumar is anchored by Rapid Rashmi of radio channel for the first time and Barkath Ali is another side kick. It is telecast from 16th of February in Zee Kannada at 9 pm for one hour.

I have accepted this assignment mainly because of soft corner for Zee Kannada. The channel had purchased the 'Mr Garagasa' Kannada film by paying Rs.55 lakhs. It has telecast more than 50 times so far and made me very popular says Komalkumar.

Out of three hundred applicants we have made new and old team of 13 batches. There is elimination process. The winning pair might get a Nano Car. Ready for release Kannada films will be given extra prominence adds Komalkumar.
