A thought provoking film from the director of Kurunadu and Shankara Punyakoti – two state award winning films (for art direction and dubbing, one of the best films respectively) G Murthy who hails from the camp of Bhishma of Kannada cinema GV Iyer has completed another film 'Sidda Ganga' in just 16 days shoot.

Discipline and dedication of this director has made it possible to complete in 16 days and 'Siddantha' of G Murthy has made me to take up this film with five other friends says producer Nidusale Puttaswamiah. The significant issues of education, knowledge and environment dealt in this film with 'Walking God of Karnataka' 104 years Sri Shivakumaraswamy Swamiji in a guest role with Siddalinga Swamiji, Sri Shanthaveera Shivacharaya Swamiji also in guest roles the film 'Sidda Ganga' is the true life story.

G Murthy was struck with the story when he saw a unique brother and sister at the shooting of Sri Jnanajyothi Siddaganga film a few years. He developed this in to a touching tale consulting a few others. In 'Sidda Ganga' – the elder sister Ganga supports her brother to reach the position of a prominent citizen in the society. The sacrifice sister makes are interesting points handled in the film says G Murthy.

In the remaining cast are Ravi Chetan, Veena Sunder, Ramesh Bhat, Bank Janardhan, Mahender Munot, Shanker Bhat, Shivakumara Aradhya, Ramaiah, Jagadish and others. PKH Doss is the cameraman and Pichalli Srinivas scores the music. Chiguru Creations has art, story, screenplay and direction by G Murthy.
