It was Madhavan who played one of the leads in '3 Idiots', and his role is now reprised by Srikanth in its Tamil remake 'Nanban'. Now that the Kollywood film is set to hit the screens in three days from now, Srikanth has made a request to Madhavan.

"I have asked Madhavan to watch Nanban and give his feedback to me, as to how I have performed his role. I love Maddy a lot. He is a great performer. Hence his remarks are of utmost importance to me," says Srikanth.

Happy about working with Shankar, Vijay and Jiiva, he says, "All the three are thorough professionals and we bonded big time on the sets of Nanban. Also there was Sathyaraj sir. There was no ego and it was like going to the college daily."

Crediting 'Nanban' as one of the important movies in his career, Srikanth says, "I will always cherish the experiences I got while working for the movie. All was well, all is well and all is going to be well."
