Gautham Menon’s lucky mascot, Samantha Prabhu who was seen in a small role in ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaya’ will be seen in its Hindi version, ‘Ek Deewana Tha’ as well and most likely in the same role she reprised in the Tamil version.

Samantha had earlier done cameos in Gautham’s films, ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaya’ and ‘Nadunisi Naaygal’ as well. This cameo in her mentor’s film will now mark her b-town debut! Samantha has already finished her portion in ‘Ek Deewana Tha’ that is gearing up to see a release early next year.

She is currently working on a trilingual, ‘Neethanae En Ponvasantham’ directed by Gautham Menon. The film has Jiiva on board for the Tamil version, and Nani and Aditya in its Telugu and Hindi versions. She also has an interesting line up of Telugu projects in her kitty apart from this.

Great going, girl! With an interesting line up of projects which will carve a pan Indian image, great looks and acting skills, Samantha is sure here to stay!
