The Jai - Anjali pair was a hit one in sleeper hit ‘Engaeyum Eppothum’ and the on-screen chemistry between the duo was very natural and great. Following this, producer AR Murugadoss featured them both as compeers to host the ‘7aum Arivu’ audio launch which was received well.

All this led to rumours in tinsel town that Jai and Anjali are seeing each other will enter wedlock soon!

To put an end to all this, the lady in question, Anjali released a press note that she is not in love with Jai, her ‘EE’ co-star! She also wrote that she has denied films with Jai post these rumours!

“I have acted only in one film with him (Jai) and thanks to these rumours I even denied a few films I was offered with him in the lead role. I want to make it clear that I am not in love with anyone. I want to do many interesting roles and earn the name of that of a good performer and win awards for it,” she said.

“After five years of struggle, with great difficulty I am gaining some recognition only now and I am thankful to press and audience for it. Please don’t believe in such rumours”, signs off Anjali.
