With good scorings lady director Sumana Kitthur is going to hit a hat trick? Time will answer this question. However her earlier two attempts 'Slum Bala' under world subject and 'Kallara Santhe' on corruption received rave reviews.

Sumana Kitthur is now on her third film 'Edhegarike' based on a short story of prolific writer Agni Sridhar. The real life story based 'Edhegarike' is a past history in the life of Agni Sridhar and Muthappa Rai - both reformed now. This short story was stated in Marathi stage and now it is getting ready for silver screen.

It is about the killer and to be killed unknowingly meeting and walking in the misty environs (Ice Berg in the short story). As they proceed further they transform to different paths and try to live above the cruelty. This is interesting phase in the film says Sumana Kitthur. The story and dialogues are provided by Agni Sridhar who also heads the tabloid 'Agni'.

Aditya and Atul Kulkarni are the key players in this film with Bhavana, Shashikumar, Achyuth Kumar, Srujan Lokesh and others.

For the muhuruth of this film veteran Dwarakish and century hero Shivarajakumar came for clap and camera switch on.

B Rakesh is behind the camera and Deepak Pandit (Manas Putra of late Jagajith Singh Ghazal king) is making debut in film music.

This is Megha Movies yet another venture after Aa Dinagalu, Slum Bala, Kallara Santhe and Thamassu. Syed Aman Bachchan and MS Ravidnra are the producers.
