The fourth generation of actors from the family of Dr Rajakumar – Vinay Raghavendra Rajakumar (his great grandfather Singanallur Puttaswamiah, grandfather Dr Rajakumar and father Raghavendra Rajakumar were actors) is moving to three months crash course in acting and personality development in Anupam Kher School of acting in Mumbai. Vinay is already in to knowing nuances of film making attending the shoots of a few films. It is all decided that Vinay should make foray in to cinema. He is learning dance, fights etc in Bengaluru besides educating himself. According to Raghavendra Rajakumar the proud father the nose of Vinay and Shivarajakumar elder daughter Nirupama who is at the final year medicine resemble Dr Rajakumar.

The entry of his son to cinema is not by force but by choice of his son says Raghavendra Rajakumar who is affectionately called as ‘Raganna’.
