The stubborn nature of veteran Dwarakish has at last given him satisfaction. For the stiff opposition to the title ‘Vishnuvardhana’ (a good colleague of him Dr Vishnuvardhana) from Dr Bharathi Vishnuvardhana and Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce also denying the title – actor of 350 films, producer of 50 films and director of 15 films Dwarakish approached the South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce for the approval of ‘Vishnuvardhana’ title.

Veteran Dwarakish has now got advice from the SIFCC to add the prefix of ‘Veera or Raja’ to Vishnuvardhana title. After consulting Kichcha Sudeep the producer, actor and director Dwarakish will be deciding on the prefix.

Meanwhile, Dwarakish has completed 80 percent of shooting for ‘Vishnuvardhana’ starring Sudeep, Priyamani, Bhavana and others in the lead roles.

Dwarakish was explaining his win after a battle for the title when he had come to the muhurut of ‘Malinga’ Kannada film at Doddaganapathi temple in Bengaluru on Friday morning.
