Now the records breaking box office collections is not enough, ‘Endhiran’ the movie is all set make more money by auctioning the costumes and other properties used by the superstars Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai in the film.

But the fund rising will be for a cause. Sources say that the stunning costumes worn by Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai in the “Kilimanjaro” and “Kadhal Anukkal” songs and a few other memorabilia from the film will be auctioned online and the proceeds will go to a well deserved charity.

Rajinikanth and Aishwarya are now world stars and this may be another way to reach their fans across the globe.

However, online auction of his filmy properties is not new to the super star. Rajinikanth’s accessories and memorabilia from the blockbuster ‘Chandramukhi’, were auctioned online before. His Blue Kurtha in the “Devuda Devuda” song, Jothika's Chandramukhi Saree, the pretty peach saree worn by Nayantara in “Konja Neram” song, Superstar's Vettaiyan costume ornaments were up for auction in 2005 and they fetched some real good money.

All the proceeds from the Chandramukhi auction went to the Sivaji Prabhu Charities Trust, which had earmarked the funds for the AWWA (Army Wives Welfare Association) and to the Rotary Educational Charity for adopting a Government school.
