Namana Films ‘Gubbi’ by debutant director Vijay with long standing in the camp of hat trick director Prem is testing his ability in the box office with Naganath Joshi ‘Yakka’.

‘Gubbi’ is about five friends lead by Ajith of ‘Patre Love Padma’ fame is about how the friends deviate when problem arises to one of the friends. The heroine is Reema Vora who made beginning in this film but ‘Shourya’ where she plays a role of a sister released first.

MR Seenu is behind the camera and Arjun has scored the music for ‘Gubbi’. Malavalli Saikrishna has penned the dialogues and Ravi Verma, Different Danny and Mass Madha are trio stunt directors.

Giri, Vishwa, Deepak, Kailash, Bobby, AchuuthRao, Rangayana Raghu, Petrol Prasanna, Mico Nagaraj, Veena Sunder and others are in the cast.

‘Yakka’ by Excube Movie Makers produced and directed by Naganath Joshi, stars Bharat Kalyan son of veteran actor Kalyankumar in the lead role. The story revolves around a village and moves to city in the second half. Journalist Rajasekhar Hegde has penned the dialogues. Naganath Joshi and Somesh have penned the songs for which MN Krupakar has scored the music.

Ramesh Pawar, Subashini, Dr Chikka Hejjaji Mahadev, Pranaya Murthy, Madhavi, Manjunath, Ajay and others are in the cast.
