Raganath Bharadwaj hailing from Davanagere and his talks are like mouth watering ‘Davanagere Benne Masala Dosai’ in television channel Suvarana is making debut as hero in Kannada film ‘Bombe Aata’ in the direction of cameraman turned director Mathew Rajan.

Ranganath Bharadwaj an avid film viewer from childhood is the ring master in his visual journalism. Right from the days of joining ETV Kannada he showed his exemplary caliber as anchor and news reader. He worked in TV 9 for some time and now currently heading the ‘Big Fight’ and other programs in Suvarana Kannada satellite channel.

In his first film in Kannada, ‘Bombe Aata’ RB is playing a comic hero with versatile actor Ananthnag as his father and Mayuri (formerly Asha Saini) as his counterpart.

Known for speedy talk and fluency at best, RB is playing the hero in the production of Congress-I politician turned producer G Ravi. “I am pledging my good will – things have to be in right order”, he says.

Ranganath Bharadwaj’s wife Radhika is also a well known anchor in television channels.
