Taking up social causes by film makers is seen after the profit is earned. But the debut film of Karnataka Talkies from ‘Modhala Sala’ announced lucky draw coupon to get the audience, give them prizes and utilize a portion of the amount to social cause.

Lucky Draw coupon of Rs.100 from ‘Modhala Sala’ will be sold along with the CD free and when the film is released for one coupon two persons get admission. Lucky draw winners, it is offering Santro Car, Gold worth one lakh of rupees, splendor bike, 100 mobiles, 100 watches and 100 silk sarees. After giving this the social work is also taken up in the villages of ‘Pavagada and Madhugiri’ and solving the drinking water problem.

One of the producers Mallikarjun proudly announcing his social service work got on the spot announcement from Mr Kiran Mantri who offered to give Rs.1 lakh and Mr T Narayana Gowda came forward to give Rs.50000 for the social service undertaken by Karnataka Talkies.
