One of the best kept secrets of Tamil cinema is partially out. Shankar has at last come out with the ‘one-line’ of his forthcoming venture ‘Endhiran’, which has Superstar Rajinikanth playing the lead role.

“The buzz is true. The film is about a robot. To be more precise, ‘Endhiran’ revolves around a robot, who all of a sudden becomes a human being and mingles with the society,” says the ‘mega director’ of Tamil cinema.

Elaborating, he says, “the film will come with many surprises. Technology has been used to the maximum possible extent. I am hopeful that ‘Endhiran’ would surpass all the expectations. Such is going to be its impact.”

Heaping laurels on Rajini, he says, “My admiration on him is growing day after day. He is such a simple man who is totally unaware of his fame and power. A thorough professional, he is like any other budding actor who yearns to make it big.”
