‘Kites’ the most talked about film before its release and which was suppose to be licensed to loot and run is now facing problems in each and every circuit. It’s been heard that the negative response has forced the satellite channel to reconsider the price at which it has taken its rights from Big Pictures before its release.

The channel bought the rights of ‘Kites’ and ‘Raavan’ at 54 crores for seven years, now it’s been heard that the channel is ready to pay only 40 crores. Such is the negative impact of the film that the channel wants it to be telecast later so that the movie is out from public memory…?

It’s really sad for Hrithik who not only lost an opportunity to introduce himself to the international audience but is also facing tough challenge to survive on his home ground. ‘Kites’ starred Hrithik and it came after two years and still it couldn’t sustain.
