It is not ‘3 Idiots’ but ‘5 Idiots’ in Kannada. The film has nothing to do with Aamir Khan starring block buster Hindi film. The super hit Kannada film ‘Friends’ key actors are joining together in doing the wonder in the box office again.

Anand and Vasu of ‘Friends’ are with Naveen Krishna, Petrol Prasanna and Namratha Hegde in the ‘5 Idiots’ team.

Anand just got married in Siddaganga Kalyana Mantapa and had the muhruth for ‘5 Idiots’ in the same venue. HM Krishnamurthy sounded the clap board while IAS officer and Kannada actor K Shivaramu switched on the camera for the maiden shot.

Anand, who came as child actor and flourishing even in small screen from ‘SSLC Nan Maklu’, is directing this movie.

Shwetha Creations Lokesh Murthy, Mohan and Shiva Reddy are the producers of this film. Dev is scoring music and Renu is the cameraman. V Manohar, K Kalyan have lent the lyrics. Harshika Poonacha, Navyasri, Karibasavaiah, Chidanand, Dayanand, Tennis Krishna, Bank Janardhan and other comedy actors of Kannada cinema are acting in this film.
