Rajinikanth may soon act in the remake of a Bengali film titled ‘Bhagyadevatha’, which is to be directed by choreographer Raghuram. Interestingly, the actor did a cameo in the original version too, which was also directed by Raghuram.

Raghuram, whose role as an understudy to Kamal Haasan (intelligence officer Balaram Naidu) in ‘Dasavatharam’ has won admiration from movie audiences. Raghuram said 'Rajini has expressed his interest to act in the Tamil version of ‘Bhagyadevatha’ and I will direct it soon.'

Meanwhile, the title of Rajini starrer Kuselan's Telugu version has been changed as ‘Kathanayakudu’. Earlier, the film, a remake of Malayalam blockbuster ‘Kathaparayumbol’, was named ‘Kucheludu’.
