It is the day apparently when the megastar first put on the grease paint and gave his first shot before the camera. According to the industry sources, February 11 was the first day when the megastar started off his illustrious career.

His first film was 'Punadirallu' directed by Raj Kumar. He played one of the boys in the film and his first shot was to complete work in the fields and go on to have food by one of his friend’s mother.

Apparently, Chiranjeevi was quite clear about his look even then. It seems he tried to make himself look shabby to fit into a farmhand’s role.

Those who had seen him then say that it is no surprise that he moved on to become the megastar, he is today. They say his commitment to work and little details helped him come a long way since then.

We only hope the megastar would do many more memorable roles and dons various get-ups before he calls it a day.
