Hat trick director Prem making debut as hero in 'Preethi Eke Bhoomi Melidhe' is briskly shooting for the film at Kushalnagar surroundings. With water all the sides and lush green atmosphere – similar to an island director Prem traced in the vicinities of Kushalnagar in Coorg district and camped for 10 days shoot. The song bits and talkie portions were shot in this exotic location.

Prem and actress Rohini took part in the shooting. The unit of 'PEBM' had to travel two and half kilometers every day to shoot carrying generators, lights etc. After 10 days shoot at Kushalnagar the unit proceeded to Mysore and now reached Bangalore for some talkie portion. In a private house at Basavanagudi the two heroines Namratha and Rohini portions were shot. The film has now come to last schedule of shooting says director Prem.

Ashwini Productions second venture 'PEBM' is a multi crore project. The audio sale of 'PEBM' has given bumper results for the Ashwini Audio house says producer Ramprasad.

Seenu is the cameraman and RP Patnaik has scored the music for this film.
