The star couple Prem and Rakshita that denied the media persons from entering their engagement celebration a few months ago has now called the same media at Press Club of Bangalore and extended the invitation of their wedding on March 9 at Rajarajeswari Kalyana Mantapa in Bangalore.

With this all the gossips between the two has come to an end. It may be recalled that Prem disclosed sometime back that he would get married only after completion of his maiden film as hero in 'Preethi Eke Bhoomi Melidhe'.

The emergence of Rakshita in arch light is from 'Appu' Kannada film starring Puneeth Rajkumar. From this first break she went ahead doing good quality films opposite all the prominent stars of Kannada cinema. She became heartthrob very soon for her body language and a bit of skin show. Rakshita is the daughter of ace cameraman of Kannada cinema B.C.Gowrishanker and actress Mamatha Rao.

Rakshita's husband Prem has come up in life in a hard way. Hailing from Malavalli village in Mandya district Prem shot in to fame from 'Kariya' as debut director. His next two films 'Excuse Me' and 'Jogi' also became super hit. He has the tag of a hat trick director now. He has made debut from 'Preethi Eke Bhoomi Melidhe' as actor too. Even before the completion of the film he is now getting married to actress Rakshita.
