It seems to be like the time of remix in Malluwood cinema.

Following the latest trend of adding a remix version of an old song in films, the director of Chotta Mumbai, Anwar Rasheed is planning to include a remix version of an old song in his film too. The song to be included in the film is Cheetty kulangara - a hip hop song of the sixties which was originally visualized on the acting legend Prem Nazir.

The new version of the song will be picturised on Mohanlal in the film. M.G.Sreekumar and Sayonara will sing the new version in the background scores of new music director Rahul Raj.

Recently songs like Kalyana prayathil, Priyathama, Sakunthala etc were remixed for films like Bada Dhosth and Kanakasimhasanam which helped in great way in the easy narration of these cinemas.
