Despite the success of Chandupottu,the petite actress has nothing much to show her. So she is moving elsewhere.
She is doing the female lead in an action-thriller in Tollywood and she is playing the role of an investigative journalist in the film.
The actress, currently acting in a Malayalam movie with Dileep,has her hands full in Tamil even while she has landed in Telugu too.
According to Gopika, 'if I come across good characters, I don't mind accepting them immediately. An actress has to perform in whichever language she acts', she says.
