With one hero and two heroines Half Mental` had full attendance at Tribhuvan theatre for the audio release of the film. MLA Ne La Narendra Babu, SK Bhagwan, Ajay Krishna Rao, V Manohar, Lahari Velu, Pawan Wadeyar, Bahaddur Chetan, Arun of Loosugalu, Gowrish Akki, Aishwarya parents, Basavarj, Niranjan Babu, Manju Swaraj of SS, music director BJ Bharath, Sonu, Aishwarya, Navin Sajju, Dr Nagendra Prasad and others graced the audio release event and trailer was also put up on screen at Tribhuvan.

There was not much of talk but hustle and bustle in the theatre to receive guests. Not much about the film was revealed. Tabla Naani and Mithra brought some relief from skit presentation. The hero Sandeep was present on the dais with music director BJ Bharath and two heroines. Bharath has composed seven songs. t was nine years ago Shashikumar promised that he would make Lakshmi Dinesh as director that is fulfilled via Half Mental`.

The eunuchs attended in half a dozen released the audio CD of Half Mental`. Lahari Recording Company has brought audio CD to the market.
