First time director, producer, music director, writer of Love on NH 4` PN Srinath a journalist from Mysore for Sri Guru Mantralaya Productions has imitated the Karnataka chief minister Siddaramaiah on the silver screen.

Controversial Premakumari (connected to former minister Ramdas) Srinath has shot a Lovers Day` for the film at Kanteerava Studio. It was a debate on pure love with court scene and FM radio dialogues.

A film produced by Lion Sringar M Sanjeev Shetty and Lion S Venkatesh Love on NH 4` shot important scenes featuring Nurse Jayalakshmi, Big FM Rock Star Rohit, Rapid Rashmi, Ramesh Babu, Venkatesh, Gopi, Nagaraj, Ballari Manju, Mysore Dayand, Vatara Mallesh, Biradar, Srikantu, Muthuraj, MN Suresh and others.

Premakumari took part in the shoot for two days. She appears with the real life image of distress woman. How Premakumari reaches top despite of distress is another twist in the film. There is a political dose to this character of Premakumari.
