At last the KFCC has woken up. The Artists Association is still sleeping. It was the bounded duty of Kannada Cinema Artists Association headed by Dr Ambarish to honor Dr Bharathi Vishnuvardhana on completing 50 years of service in the cinema industry. Dr Ambarish is too busy in his political activities. There is not even a proposal on the cards to honor such a legendary personality Dr Bharathi Vishnuvardhana,

Perhaps knowing such laziness of colleagues Dr Bharathi Vishnuvardhana showed a novel method to celebrate her 50 years of existence by starting a short film workshop and Bhava Theera Yaana` a face to face with Dr Bharathi was also held with TS Nagabharana taking part in the discussion.

Now the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce HD Gangaraju has sent a proposal to honor Dr Bharathi Vishnuvardhana for 50 years in cinema to the government of Karnataka. At the Dasara festival time the honor is suggested by HD Gangaraju in Mysore. Mysore is also birthplace of Dr Vishnuvardhana.

HD Gangaraju apologized for not making it fast at the celebration atop Christ College sometime back. KFCC chief sent proposal through his office to government of Karnataka to honor the veteran actress Dr Bharathi Vishnuvardhana on the day of beginning of Dasara or any one of the days at Mysore.
