The long queue of fans of Kichcha Sudeep and police controlling the crowd was seen early in the morning at the JP Nagara residence of Sudeep. For the 41st birthday Sudeep celebrating with his family members joined to receive the fans. He gave shake hand for more than two hours. Some of them came with cakes. Sudeep did not disappoint anyone and he was in hurry to reach Mysore for Ranna` shoot.

The remake of Attarintiki Daredi` is titled as Ranna` and the posters of the under production film of Sudeep was also released on this occasion with Akila Karnataka Kichcha Sudeep Fans Association presence.

From Kannada film front Dr V Nagendra Prasad, Shashank, Nandakishore, Ravishanker, MS Ramesh, Soorappa Babu, Chandrasekhar, Pankaj, Pawan and Vidyasri (children of S Narayan), Suvarana chief Anoop Chandrasekhar greeted Sudeep at his residence. The CCL and KPL colleagues were also present on this occasion.

For the birthday celebration and not to disappoint fans Sudeep came from Mysore to Bangalore. In the afternoon he rushed for shooting of Ranna`. Ranna` in Kannada is used for pleasing someone and for gem of a work. It is also a noun. Ancient poet of excellence is Ranna` – Adikavi Pampa, Ranna and Ponna are three gems of Kannada literature.

The title like Bhagiratha, Bhargava, Rayabhari` were at the discussion for Attarintiki Daredi` Telugu film appropriate title in Kannada.
