At last the big head ache for actress Pooja Gandhi has come to an end. The maiden film in 'Pooja Productions' Abhinetri a film on life sketch of veteran actress Kalpana that was in the court for plagiarism case by author of Abhinetri Antaranga` by Bhagya Krishnamurthy – the case in High Court turned in favor of Pooja Gandhi on the declaration that the film is based on life of actress of yesteryears Kalpana.

With this Pooja Gandhi has also gone back in the statement she made at the first media meet of 'Abhinetri'. This film is not based on Kalpana but on all tragic life of heroine of Indian films she said. When it came to court case the life sketch of Kalpana known as Minugu Thaare` has come to her rescue.

The court also found out that the alleged similarities between the book and the film did not exist. Pooja Gandhi is set free to release the film 'Abhinetri'.
