Hit badly from Gowri Puthra` Kannada cinema box office result director Manju Maskal Matti who began his career from Manasugala Mathu Madhura` (3 M title that is also part of his name spread in three M`s) back again wiping his tears.

This time he is with action packed love story with title Yugapurusha` – this is the yesteryears title of dream merchant of Kannada cinema V Ravichandran. Kannada film of 1989 Yugapurusha` directed by D Rajendra Babu in V Ravichandran, Kushboo and Moon Moon Sen in cast, title is repeated after 25 years. Recently V Ravichandran Anjada Gandu` was also picked for Ninasam Satish film that crashed miserably in the box office.

Manju considers V Ravichandran as his Guru is directing this film filled with action and love. He has chosen one of the artists of his unfinished project Dravidaru` – Arjun Dev to star in this film. Meanwhile Dangura` of Manju is also in the queue for completion.

For Yugapurusha` 70 percent of shooting has been completed in Bangalore and 30 percent of shoot with songs and a few days talkie portion will be held in hilly regions. Sharat Kumar G is cameraman, Dhanpal Singh Rajput is music director. Actor Naveen Krishna is dialogue writer.

Dr Manjunath Babu, Betta Swami and Shivaraj are producers of this commercial film. Arjun Dev is lead actor with Pooja Jhaveri as heroine. Dynamic star Devaraj is in three different shades in this film. Shobaraj Pawan, Mohan Juneja, Pallakki Radhakrishna are in the cast.
