'Lingaa' songs to be ready in August

As we have reported earlier A.R.Rahman has finished composing songs for director Shankar`s magnum opus Ai` and he has handed over the final master copy of the music album to the film`s producer Aascar.V.Ravichandran. Ai` audio is expected to be released in August.

Since A.R.Rahman has completed composing for Ai` he will soon start composing songs for Superstar Rajinikanth`s Lingaa` as confirmed by the film`s director K.S.Ravikumar.

Ravikumar has updated in his microblogging site as “#ARRahman finished his compose for #Ai film n expect to start his compose for #Lingaa soon n will complete few songs b4 august 3rd week!”

Lingaa` shoot is progressing rapidly and sources reveal that 70% of the film is already complete. The team is chasing the December release deadline.
