Celebrity couple Vijay and Amala Paul are back in the city after finishing a memorable honeymoon. The long time lovers who entered wedlock last month have shared in their recent interview, some interesting details about how they fell in love with each other.

Though the couple worked for the first time in the 2011 critically acclaimed and commercially successful they were just friends by then. The couple had actually fell in love only when they worked together again in the Vijay starrer Thalaiva`.

Amala Paul has revealed that she noticed Vijay getting worried when she got injured while shooting for a dance sequence and that is when she got the confidence that Vijay would reciprocate her feelings. She also added that it was her who proposed first.

Another interesting information revealed by the couple is that actor Vikram was the first person in the film industry to smell their love and kept saying “there is something... something between you two”.
