The birth of another actress Ragini in a cop film with dashing performance in ‘Ragini IPS’ with two songs and one as the background score – audio was released on March 8, 2014 at Citadel Hotel.

One of the songs is performed by Ragini for the film and one more skin show song is shot on Kavitha and Petrol Prasanna were screened after the audio release. The song Sakkathu Sakkathu…. And Menasina Kaayi….are penned by Dr V Nagendra Prasad and Hennondu Deverendu ….is from lyricist Anand.

Producer K Manju, director Anand P Raju, producer, distributor and exhibitor MN Kumar, director of ‘Raaja Huli’Guru Deshpande, cameraman Nandakumar, Narayanaswamy, background scorer and one song composer for the film Rajesh Ramanath were present at the audio release. Two songs of the film scored by Farhan Roshan alias Emil was not present.

Director of offbeat and action films Anand P Raju explained the reasons for delay in release of the film. It is contemporary subject in the film he says. Producer K Manju appreciating Ragini as ‘Sugar Cane’ of producer and director with her talent and glamour said ‘Ragini IPS’ focus on the need of freedom for police fraternity.
